Your collection is yours.
We keep this short, because the app is simple. Here's exactly what SealedDex stores, what it doesn't, and the few choices you have.
Tied to your account
Your collection is saved to your SealedDex account and synced across every device you sign in on. It's yours — ask us and we'll delete it.
Sign-in only
We use Google, Discord or Microsoft purely to recognise you. We never see, set or store a password for you.
Never sold
We don't sell, rent or trade your data, and we don't build an advertising profile from your collection.
What we store
- Your collection: which sealed products you've marked as owned, and how many. Saved to your account so it syncs across your devices.
- Basic account info: when you sign in, the name and email from your chosen provider, used to recognise you and hold your collection.
- A display preference: a small choice like timeline-vs-grid view, kept on your device. (The product types you track are saved to your account.)
We don't store anything about prices, payments or card values, because the app doesn't deal in them.
How sign-in works
SealedDex has no passwords of its own. You continue with an account you already have: Google, Discord or Microsoft. They confirm it's you and share a basic profile (name, email, avatar). We use that only to load and save your collection.
Local storage & cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, plus a tiny bit of your browser's local storage for one display choice (timeline vs grid). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Third parties
The only outside services involved are the sign-in providers you choose (Google, Discord, Microsoft), and a clearly-labelled "Sponsored" slot that may link to a vetted shop. Sponsored content is never built from your personal collection data.
Your choices
- View or change your collection any time while you're signed in.
- Browse every set without an account; sign in when you want to start tracking.
- Ask us to delete your account and its collection by getting in touch.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything meaningful, we'll update the date at the top and, for signed-in collectors, note it in the app.
