By using SealedDex you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SealedDex is a free, fan-made tool for tracking which sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products you own. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Your account

Accounts are created through third-party sign-in (Google, Microsoft, or Discord). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials with those providers secure.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, no unauthorised access, and no scraping or automated use that degrades it for others.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related names, logos, and artwork are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. SealedDex is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. Pack artwork and set information are shown for identification and reference purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, SealedDex, including any inaccuracy in set or product data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
